Dear RENA VIC Members,

The RENA VIC Member System was officially launched on March 20, 2025. After more than two months of repeated testing and practical operation by the relevant departments of the company, the system has been confirmed to be stable and fully functional. The following important matters will be officially implemented starting Monday, June 2, 2025. All members are requested to follow accordingly:

1. Bonus Distribution Mechanism
The RENA Member System adopts a “real-time calculation, bi-weekly distribution” bonus mechanism. At 12:00 a.m. (midnight) every Monday (U.S. West Coast time), the system will automatically calculate the previous week’s bonuses. The calculation results will be updated and displayed on the “Bonus Inquiry” pages on Monday morning. Members must click the “Withdraw” button. After the withdrawal operation is completed, the system will transfer the corresponding bonus to the member’s bound RENA VISA card account.
️ Important Reminder: Members must first complete the application and binding of their RENA VISA card account in order to successfully withdraw bonuses.

2. Bonus Inquiry Time Limit 
If members have any questions about their bonus settlement results, they must submit inquiries through the “Message” function in the member system within 30 days of the settlement date. Inquiries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

3. System Operation Guide
Members may log in to the RENA official website at any time to independently complete registration, ordering, repurchasing, and other related operations—no manual assistance is required.

4. Order Tracking Information
After each order is shipped, the system will automatically update the courier company name, tracking number, and shipping status. Members may log in to the system to check this information at any time—no additional inquiry is needed.

5. Unified Customer Service Channel
For any inquiries, please submit your request via the “Message” function in the member system. The RENA customer service team will respond and handle your request within 24 hours.

6. Official Notification Channel
All subsequent important notices from the company will be published uniformly through the System Announcement section. Please make sure to check the announcements regularly to avoid missing any critical information.
